Premix for the production of tasty, high-quality, freezer-safe cream cakes such as cream slices, cream roulades, fine cream desserts and many more.

  • With the standard size you get a mass weight of approx. 675 g
  • With the king size you get a mass weight of approx. 1,350 g
  • frost-proof The finished cream cake or pieces can be frozen and thawed again as desired!

Preparation recipe cream stand expresso

 You need for a normal cake

  •  Ø 26 cm 100 g cream expresso  / Ø 28 cm king size 200 g
  • 150 g water / King Size 250 g
  • 0.5 liter cream / Kingsize 1 L
  • 1 cake base


Preparation:

Place the cake base in a suitable cake form pan

Put the water in a bowl and add the cream mixture, stir well until everything is dissolved. Then fold in the whipped cream until everything is well mixed, then place in the prepared baking pan and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
